The hotel has recently been renovated, and the executive king room with a pullout couch and dressers is great. The setting is exceptionally nice in a quiet area, with easy access to stores, the train station, and a big hill nearby. Check-in is easy, and there is parking at the back of the property. They also offer late check-out, making it a top choice hotel in Elmsford.

Have been at hotel before and love the renovations!

NO pool, the pool was under renovation and doesn't state it on their webpage and staff never mentioned it until we went outside to use it.

The location was ideal for our trip. The breakfast was nice hot and great, the check in was easy.

The breakfast here is great with hot waffles, kid-friendly options, and a variety of toasts, plus the location is superb, conveniently near Sleepy Hollow sights.

Standard, uninteresting, but clean

Hotel is built into a cliff with most parking requiring too many stairs to reach the lobby. Price was too high for the amenities offered.

The Hampton Inn White Plains/Tarrytown is a modern hotel with delicious food. The staff working the night shift was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel has a nice building and the rooms are well laid out and decent in size, with 2 beds. Its location in Long Island is magnificent and unbeatable. Conveniently located close to malls, a hillside, and a big hill in front.

The staff was very friendly and they made sure we had rooms near each other. The breakfast was important and delicious! The rooms were clean and I liked the sign in the bathroom that said if you forget something (toiletries) and we'll give you some. I'm not sure that anyone used that service, but it was nice to have.

We got 2 rooms with double beds. One of our rooms had a fridge which was great but since we were having long day we really needed to refrigerate our waters and gatorades so the people in the room without a fridge were complaining to me the whole time. One room also had extra bedding and the other room didn't so I just wish there was more consistency with the rooms that should have been the same (they were both 2 twin bed rooms).

Stuff was very pleasant.

The outside is under construction and it was very difficult to get around it. The elevators need an update rug was very dirty. First impression is everything to me.

We loved the friendly service here so much that we would definitely come back 👍 The breakfast was really good, hot, and had a great variety of delicious food options.

Construction, which is hard to avoid I know. Floors each day could have been cleaned up at least. Faulty toilets, ice machine broken, poor wifi, staff not too swift for the most part.

I liked the location and the riom space and the breakfast.

We were on the 6th floor, yet heard a band very clearly in our room at 1:00am. We called downstairs and the staff told us it would stop at 2:00 am, thus we got very little sleep. The hot water in the sink worked, but not in the tub/shower. The staff could not address it. The hotel is under construction and may have been affected by it. We were told by the morning staff that the band was supposed to stop at 10:00 pm. I don't know if the music was in a room or the hotel, but we got two different messages from the night and morning staff. All I know is we didn't sleep and couldn't shower. They added extra points to our account, however I would never stay there again.

Awesome location with a beautiful outdoor front area. The breakfast is great and the rooms are newly renovated and very nice. 🌟

The staff was politie and very good. the breakfest was excellant in every way
